Payment

We accept AMEX, Apple Pay, Discover, MasterCard, PayPal, and VISA.

Shipments typically occur within 1-3 business days, except during holidays or during a brief vacation break.  If for any reason your order is delayed, we will contact you directly.

Sales Tax

Any customers from the state of Michigan will be taxed a 6% sales tax.  If your church or school is tax exempt, please contact us directly so we can set up your account.  We will need your organization's tax exempt number, from your Michigan Sales Tax License.

Customers outside of Michigan will not have sales tax added to their orders. 

Invoices

Payment is made at the time of checkout.  As an alternative, we can place the order for you, and then invoice your church or school directly.  We would need a copy of your organization's state tax certificate of exemption; please contact us for more information.

Refunds

Most new and unused items may be returned for a full refund (minus postage and handling charges) within 30 days.

• Please contact us directly at handbellservices@gmail.com. We'll notify you once the refund has been processed.
  
• A refund will appear on your credit card within one week of receiving the returned item(s).

A partial shipping refund will be offered on foam orders if the UPS shipping charge exceeds the actual amount on the day of the shipment.  This refund will go directly back on your credit card.  If you order via phone then the actual UPS shipping cost will be accurate.
