About Our Foam:

Our foam is high-quality polyurethane with excellent shape memory. Unlike lower-grade foam that can lag, struggle, or develop permanent creases, ours springs back quickly — pulling air in and returning to its original shape and size. Full expansion typically happens within a few hours, though temperature plays a big role: cold rooms slow the process, while a warm room helps the foam cells relax and expand much faster. If your pad is taking longer than expected, simply move it to a warmer space. Large pads may need a bit of extra time for corners and the center to fully expand — that’s completely normal.
